Winter I Training Sessions

Session runs for 8 weeks (4 weeks for U8/U10). Players will receive instruction for 8 practices to develop skill and enhance field hockey IQ.

Highly encouraged for those who want to try-out to travel to future tournaments.

Cash or Check payable to DIME Field Hockey Club will be accepted & required at first practice.

Reversible Practice Jersey will be provided. All individual equipment (stick, shinguards, mouthguard, and appropriate footwear) is required

What are the age group options for DIME FHC ?

U8, U10, U12, U14. U16, & U19

Where will DIME FHC developmental sessions be held?

Winter month sessions/practices will be held at Accelerate Sports Complex

Spring and Summer sessions/practices will be held a Camden High School

Will DIME FHC have any travel teams?

Any travel or tournament play (any age group) will be based on invite or tryout. This is based on coach’s evaluation.

What is required for participation in developmental sessions?

* All equipment

(stick, shin guards, mouth guard, water bottle // Goalies must own their own equipment or borrow from associated school district) .

Do I have to affiliate with DIME FHC to participate in developmental sessions?

Developmental training sessions with DIME FHC do NOT require club affiliation; players can train and practice with any club throughout the year regardless of affiliation per USA Field Hockey guidelines. Club affiliation will need to be the DIME Field Hockey Club in order to compete in tournament play.

What if I am already affiliated with another club team?

If you are already affiliated with a club, you can not jump affiliation to another when it is outside of open enrollment unless you initiate the club transfer process with request.

- Open enrollment/Club switches can happen between August 1 - October 1 with no request needed. Affiliating with a new club can be made within your account. If you would like to switch clubs outside of this period, you will need to submit a Club Transfer Request within your USA Field Hockey through your account.
